Return Policy

Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will be automatically added to your credit card or original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially credited.

Next, contact your bank. It often takes some time for the refund to be sent.

Reduced Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, discounted items are not eligible.

Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@cheerries.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver shipped the order to them for later delivery, we will refund the gift giver and notify them of your return.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
