When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouses in Turkey. Please allow extra processing time during public holidays and sales periods.
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 2-3 business days for processing. After that, delivery within China takes 5-12 business days, and international orders take 15-30 business days (depending on location).
Will there be customs duties and taxes?
The prices displayed on our website are tax-free and in US dollars, meaning you may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon receipt of your order.
Import duties, taxes, and related fees may be levied once your order arrives at its final destination, as determined by your local customs office. You are responsible for paying these duties and taxes, and we will not be held liable for them. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs in your country.
